Registered senior citizens under the Kuching South City Council programme can collect their RM30 grocery vouchers on Sept 23. Collection is scheduled from 7.30am to 10.30am at the market assigned during registration. The five registration venues were Petanak, Stutong Community, Bintawa, Sungai Apong and Kenyalang markets; recipients should return to the designated venue rather than assume another market can process the collection. The vouchers are meant for daily necessities including vegetables, fish, meat and poultry. The programme is limited to residents within the MBKS jurisdiction, and registration has already drawn a strong response. Anyone who completed registration but is unsure of the assigned market should confirm with MBKS before collection day.
